“Big congrats on your podcast win!!! Well deserved after all your work. I am now into my 2nd year of sobriety and really starting to see the benefits….sleeping better, better gut health, thinking clearer etc etc. I started drinking at 40 after a health scare caused massive anxiety. I gave up finally, for a year, when I was 60 but started again thinking I would not drink as much! Retirement came and the drinking increased to what it had been 🙄 Getting only 2 hours sleep every night and having a foggy brain etc made me realise that I had to STOP! I started with your podcast and looked at all the previous ones you had aired and it kept be on track to now be well into my second year of sobriety. I sleep about 6-7 hours a night and I am not on any medication….so at 69 I feel FANTASTIC!!! Thank you so much for doing such a great poddy that really helps people such as myself to live a healthy lifestyle 💕 PS I love the IMPERFECTS too!”
