Description
When was the last time you took a break from social media?  For me, it was just a few months ago. I detached for a month and it helped me get my creative juices flowing again and allowed me to prioritize the things in life I had been neglecting.  Why isn't taking a break from social media something that is more widely discussed? Why isn't it a part of our routine like going on a vacation is?  We are only aware of taking a break when using social media starts to feel bad. Why are we letting ourselves feel that way before we decide to take a break?  What if instead, we schedule regular breaks from social media? How much better would our life be if we did that?  In this week's episode, that's exactly what we're going to talk about and explain HOW you can do it too. My guest this week is Michelle Jackson from Michelle is Money Hungry. Michelle loves to have impactful financial conversations leading with empathy. She's paid off over $60000 in unsecured debt and has become an online entrepreneur. Stay around for conversations around finances, financial policy and fintech. Aside from money stuff, she's the best at taking a break from social media and that is a major reason why I've decided to have her on the show this week.  Learn more about Michelle by heading to her websites:  https://brandbuildinglab.com for conversations about building impactful online brands. https://michelleismoneyhungry.com for conversations on money and race. and follow her on Twitter (@MichLovesMoney) and Instagram (@michelleismoneyhungry).
