Jon Ingram of LOAM on overcoming Childhood Trauma and Abuse

Description
It's been a minute. We're battling a pandemic, everyone being sick, and you know life. I'm back and have a ton of great podcast content coming your way!  This week I'm joined by Jon Ingram, a Seattle based musician from the band LOAM.  Jon has trauma. Jon has disorders. Jon has his demons, as do we all. With Jon's journey though, he is the story we often don't hear. He was abused. As a child. As a man. We rarely get to hear from the males who are abused. We get to from Jon. I'm really honored to hold space for Jon and his story and how it's shaped him today.  Often people who endured childhood trauma and abuse develop disorders and/or chronic illness later in life and getting those things taken care of or diagnosed can feel impossible. You aren't alone if this is you. You are worthy and loved if this is you. Therapy, medication, intervention (medical), good relationships, support, etc can all help.  Find jon online here:  https://instagram.com/loammusic https://tiktok.com/@loam_loam
