Mom and Dad
So, you might say we’re biased, but we would have loved this podcast about Alice Austen even our daughter wasn’t the creator and host. Learning about Alice through her house brings an immediacy to her moving story (we cried). Since we’ve had an early listen to the next episode and think it’s great too (we cried), we recommend subscribing so you don’t miss any of Someone Lived Here.

The episode of the Orchard House was so beautiful. I visited as a child and was so affected by the hand drawn leaves and flowers on the trim around the door. It was the first experience of “I’m standing here in a home where (someone) lived”. This episode brought me back to that day 60 years ago.
