Beautiful Storytelling
This is one of my favourite podcasts as I have found that I have l replayed each one twice since they are so compelling and often heart-wrenching. I love the fact that they include the transcript, photos and links to do further investigation. Even if I am familiar with the topic, I have done extensive research after listening to each episode since each story has been incredibly captivating. I apprectiate how Kendra encourages listeners to participate more actively by getting involved in gathering information from primary sources within your own community to document local history particularly within the Black community. I am pleased to learn more about or introduced to welll-known people or obscure yet amazing female and Black historical figures.
