It’s a no from me
I really wanted to like this. Carrie’s guests are fine, but all she does is regurgitate what they say to her and act as if she’s come up with some epiphany or has a stance on an issue she wholeheartedly believes in, when in reality she’s just come across this new knowledge moments earlier. She tries so hard to sound authentic, but she very obviously is preaching on info she has little to no prior education on, which makes it all the more cringe-y. She’s well-intentioned, but I’ll have to pass on this podcast.

Liv’s cookbook was the first vegan cookbook I ever bought and I still swear by all of her recipes! Her podcast is like talking to a friend! Also totally on board with her getting an app, I’d download it in a second 😊💕🌿
