Sugar for my soul right when I need it most
Carrie, you have impeccable timing. This podcast started right in the middle of one of the biggest transitions of my life- moving out of my parents house and starting a new job hours away from my entire family. I am subscribed to your YouTube channel and follow you on Instagram and was ecstatic when I found out you would be starting this podcast. It is what I look forward to every week now (very similar feeling to what I have regarding your “self love/care Sundays”) and I can’t thank you enough. Your words help balance me back out and prepare for the new week. I’ve listened to the cast whilst cooking but my favorite is to listen at the end of the day while I’m just relaxing and winding down for the night. Thank you for your hard work. It shows!!!

More reviews of Soul Sugar
From her voice to the words wrapped around it, everything is soul sugar. There is something warming about hearing someone put a warm and positive spin on things we all encounter and face in ourselves and around us.

So happy to have Carrie AND Alex back to making regular episodes. Your life in NZ looks like an absolute fairytale and I’d love to hear more about it all. 🐓🐑🚜🌾 Love from Perth, AUS

Love Carrie’s content usually, but I can’t get through this podcast. It’s a bit of a self-serving rant, where her and her husband talk about how incredible they are and do their best to sound deep and profound. No point to the episodes, and pretty cringey faux-wellness advice from two influencers.
