New moons kick off a 1-month, 1-year, and 3 -year cycle
Month-long moon cycle – April 8/9 to May 7/8, 2024 (follow me on Instagram for reminders of the phases of the moon every month)
Year-long moon cycle – April 8/9 until March 29, 2025 / 6-month full-moon-in-Aries check-in on October 17, 2024
Three-year-long moon cycle – Moon in Aries changes phases every 9 months at a similar location in the sky (19 degrees), so we will have a
first-quarter moon in Aries at 16 degrees in January 2025
a full moon in Aries at 14 degrees in October 2025
a third quarter moon in Aries at 15 degrees in July 2026, and
then the cycle completes in April 2026 with another new moon in Aries that starts a new three year cycle at a different degree of Aries, which happens to be 27 degrees
