In this episode Payton and Shayla share some of the experiences that have come up for them during their personal spiritual journeys. Some of these things have been exciting and some have been a little heavier to manage.  As a lot of this wasn't what they initially expected, they've learned to be grateful for the learnings and expansion that have come with these experiences.   As renowned medium John Holland has said, "The price of sensitivity is sensitivity." Payton and Shayla discuss how opening their awareness and energy for others has come with learning how to manage all that you may take on.
