“I have suffered from getting to sleep for years. I’m a light sleeper and I thrash all night removing my pillowcase because of it. I used to listen to sounds of rainstorms online to get to sleep but ever since I found this podcast it has helped me fall asleep and quickly. Been listening for a couple months now and I can fall asleep within the first sentence, which is crazy for me. I’m so great full thank you. I have my 31 year old daughter hooked now to. Keep up the good work it’s helping others!!
