“Happy Birthday Sounds Fake!
Here’s a story for your birthday livestream:
When I was at uni, I was part of a bible group on campus. Each week we discussed a different topic, and one week the topic was lust. The leader started out by asking everyone if they had experienced lust.
As you’d expect, everyone in the group put their hand up.
Everyone but me.
The leader noticed, asked why. I said I was ace, and explained I’ve never been attracted to anyone, ever.
Then I got what is so far my favourite reaction to coming out ever: one of the guys in the group gave me this huge grin, said “Alright, mate!” And gave me a high five.
I then peaced out from the group and showed up early to class instead. Still a fun memory.”
