The South Sudan Opposition Movement Alliance (SSOMA) and other opposition groups have called for the formation of an interim government in South Sudan ahead of the proposed December elections. Lual Dau, the coordinator of the opposition groups, told VOA's John Tanza that South Sudan is not ready for elections, and believes dialogue could help to chart the way forward.
