Highly Recommended
I’ve been listening to a lot of fly fishing podcasts during these crazy times, an honest person would probably say TOO many, but I have to say that Southeastern Fly with David Perry is my favorite. And I don’t even live in the Southeast. David has such a pleasant manner with his guests. They do touch on the technical side of fly fishing, but you also get to learn about the people and places that make this such a great sport. And you get to learn about the background and the history that made his guests into such well known names in fly fishing. After every episode I want to jump in my car and head for the Caney Fork or the Smoky Mountains or the Forgotten Coast. And if that isn’t enough, it’s worth the price of admission just for the Dan Sharley Whiskey River story. Classic. 5 STARS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And don’t forget to mend!

When I listen to this podcast, I never know which way the conversation is going to mend. I find myself drifting along with David and his various guests, always fish-inated with the very fin-teresting things they have to say. 10/10, don’t trout yourself, give this podcast a listen!
