Southlake Resident
We’ve lived here since 2008 and have many similar experiences. As a bi-racial family it’s such a journey of heartache and pain and also internal conflict. We see the best of people and the worst of people but whats equally hard is seeing the intentional ignorance of people who are most comfortable with not educating themselves and who choose to stay ignorant to what Black citizens experience here.

More reviews of Southlake
After listening to the first two episodes I sit in anticipation for the remaining. As an African American Woman this story is not new or surprising, however the fact that it is being told is both. And in this new time in my evolution my mantra is clear, when we know better we can do better.
