For my work, I have shift duties. So, I struggle with the ‘I know exercise is good for my physical and mental health, but I don’t feel like working out’ moment all the time🙈 One thing that I am doing for my mental health is to book my fitness classes once my duty is out and show up for the classes!
I have to admit that I am kind of a perfectionist and have high expectations on myself and others. Sometimes, I am just pushing myself way too much. This causes a lot of stress and anxiety. So the second thing I am gonna do for my mental health is to keep a gratitude journal. I think this gives me the time to reflect and appreciate the world around me. With a grateful heart, I can show myself and others more kindness. ❤️ #youmatter
In the past few months, different things have been happening in the town. Negative energy seems to have engulfed the entire city. Every one is affected in one way or another. I have been trying to cope with all these changes. The third thing I plan to do for my mental health is to take my mind off everything and focus on my own breathing for 5 mins everyday. I believe this helps me to stop overthinking about all those news and enjoy the present moment. ☁️☁️
