Such important content!
Sara offers guests a platform to talk about their toxic relationships. Red flags they did or didn’t see, patterns of destructive behavior, gaslighting, physical and/or emotional abuse, and more. It is so validating to hear people’s stories and to know you’re not alone— or to better be able to recognize warning signs in future relationships! While not an expert, Sara’s personal experiences makes her podcast that much more impactful. She always makes sure to end each episode by focusing on the path of healing and recovery, which is so important and different for everyone. Be sure to follow her podcast as each guest trusts Sara with their own story of vulnerability and abuse.
