Scott Sonenshein, co-author with Marie Kondo of Joy at Work joins us to explore how our work life is evolving and the importance of productivity and organization in our professional life. Scott Sonenshein is the Henry Gardiner Symonds Professor of Management at Rice University. He holds a PhD in organizational behavior from the University of Michigan, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and a BA from the University of Virginia. As an author, he is best known for his work Stretch and, most recently, he co-wrote Joy at Work: Organizing Your Professional Life with Marie Kondo. We want to hear from you!
