The Gordon Caplan interview
First, I want to say thank you for this podcast. It has helped motivate me every week for the last couple of years. I’m running the Boston Marathon this year, my first official marathon (got in with a charity and was at the finish line in 2013 25 feet away from the second bomb blast). Second, I’m looking forward to the book on raising kids. I have a son. The more I listen to these podcasts the more I feel I’m doing the best for him by not making things easy (trying to make this thought concise for this post). Third, I completely agree with Joe when he says this is probably his most important interview. What an Amazing look into humanity. Thank you Spartan Up!

A truly motivational podcast! I’ve competed in Spartan races for the past three years and have had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to Joe. Proud to be a member of the Spartan Street Team and always looking to help others live the Spartan life. Looking forward to more episodes! AROO!
