Rick Greene, MD, and Audree Tadros, MD, MPH, FACS, discuss the BREAST-Q, a validated patient-reported outcome measure for satisfaction and quality of life after breast surgery, to determine whether patient satisfaction and quality of life differs among T4 breast cancer patients based on their decision to pursue reconstruction and the timing of reconstruction.
