Practical and easy tips to make healthier changes in your life
I have ADHD and so does my husband. There are so many different ways I need help with task management, and making easy swaps that are healthy in my life. I love this podcast for easy ways I can make my life easier bit by bit with holistic tips. I loved episode 33 as a good reminder that the task I avoid are usually quick things I should just get done. It was a good reminder to help reduce my stress and actually go do my dishes.
