TFMR stands for Terminating a Wanted Pregnancy. It's what I had to do. And what it turns out, thousands of women have to do. It's tragic, but what’s almost as tragic is that many of these women cannot be open about their experience. On top of the excruciating pain of their loss they also have to Hide the truth of their circumstances and suffer in silence.
