About our guest: Dr. David Church is an Assistant Professor at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is in the Department of Geriatrics, College of Medicine. Dr. Church completed his post-doctoral training in stable isotope tracer methodology under Dr.’s Arny Ferrando and Robert Wolfe.
