With a 1-2 scoreline at the Brentford Community Stadium, Newcastle United were a buzz kill for the Bees at the weekend. How did we manage to become only the second team this season to defeat Brentford FC, as well as keep our unbeaten record in the capitol intact?
Thomas Frank had some mixed words for Eddie Howe's side after the game, but it was our star striker Alexander Isak who managed to come out with the glory, rather than their Ivan Toney.
With a VAR-cical refereeing display, missed penalties, and touchline petulance to discuss, we have plenty to mull over as we review the game.
We also discuss travelling down to Villa Park to face the revitalised Villains under Unai Emery. With both teams in fantastic form, and challenging for Europe this season, this is surely going to be a tough but exciting game.
