On November 18, 2015, Dr. Maude Phipps delivered a talk on Stanford campus for the Center for Computational, Evolutionary and Human Genomics (CEHG). She discussed the genetics and health of indigenous populations (Orang Asli) of Peninsular Malaysia, which are divided into three major communities or tribes, namely the Negrito, Senoi and Proto-Malay.
