In today's episode of StarCast, you'll meet Mark. He's not only a Star Ranch member, he's a full-time resident of the ranch and is a past General Manager. Mark talks about his life as a nudist and about his occupation in the film industry. In fact, Mark curates the annual Naturist Film Festival here at the ranch, as well as aboard the Big Nude Boat sailing each February with Bare Necessities, an Austin-based naturist cruise travel company.

Mike and his wife have been members of Star Ranch for over 20 years. About 2 years ago they decided to make the ranch their permanent home. Mike has served as President of the Board of Directors and currently is a member of the Star Ranch Council, which is in charge of planning all sorts of fun events for both members and visitors. Star Ranch was founded in 1957 with 110 acres of land purchased from a family that has been an important part of Bastrop County since the mid-1800s! Over the past 65 years, we've enjoyed a wonderful relationship with our neighbors that spans generations and continues to this day. The Board of Directors at Star Ranch is a group of volunteers elected by the membership. They are responsible for the business operations of the club and insure that the bills are paid and that things run smoothly for our members. Crystal has been a nudist for more than 40 years and a member of Star Ranch for more than 25 years. Hear her thoughts on the history of the club, how we've dealt with the recent rapid growth in membership, and where we are headed in the future.
