Money Woes
I had to really push myself to listen to this podcast. Dealing with money causes me a great deal of anxiety. I go back and forth between ignoring the issue and becoming frozen by it. This podcast has been a great help to bring me out of my shell. I love the idea of assessing the return on an investment. I fall prey to the shiny object syndrome, thinking the next best thing will give me the confidence I lack. I am really spending time thinking about the concept that I am enough. I also like the idea that I do not have to buy it today. I have time and I am good enough. Thanks for the good talk.
