Preet’s last remarks were on a tweet that presented a memo from the administrator of Parkland hospital in Dallas-Ft Worth regarding the performance of his hospital during the Kennedy assassination and the Lee Harvey Oswald murder. My father was doing his medical residency at Parkland at the time.
The OB ward was right across the hallway from the ward Kennedy was treated/pronounced dead.
A year and change later I was born in that OB ward. The podcast was excellent as usual. Preet brought me back to that time with his parenthetical remark. Thanks Preet!”
