Beautifully paced and spaced
There are a number of good podcasts on Stoism but what separates this is the pace at which Erick takes each topic. He has a nice cadence in his speech which allows for the words permeate my mind and better absorb the teachings. He often relates the words of various Stoic philosophers to how they have impacted his life and although, I suspect, our backgrounds have little in common they never the less enable the listener to relate to them. I think this is not only important on how you carve out your personal journey but how you can better interact with others. Finally space. It really is a coffee break - once a week. This works really well for me as I take my time. In fact it is the only podcast on the topic where I will play again and make notes.

More reviews of Stoic Coffee Break
I’ve been enjoying the podcast since following, I love how relatable it is and the fact that it’s so short makes it easy to start and finish in one sitting. But unfortunately because of the strong language, I’ve had to opt out.
