I look forward to these podcasts. The range of topics is great and listening is inspiring me to move more, including taking first steps towards running. I love the gentle conversational interview style and where it takes the subject to. It’s like eavesdropping on a walk between friends. Recommended.

I always enjoy listening to stompcast, I find the guests & topics so interesting, love the way it is like a natural conversation as opposed to being like an interview. Alex comes across as so genuine & friendly. Love the background noises of the outdoors too!

Such an uplifting, interesting podcast! I love the different format of this compared to traditional podcasts, and the guests/topics are very wide-ranging - I’m taking away a lot to think about. Thank you!

This is the first podcast I have come across which is split into 3 parts. I was excited to listen but can already tell that it will be so massively littered with adverts and this puts me off. Feels like its all about making money and the constant interruptions really hinder the listening experience!

I put the Stompcast on during my walk home after I’ve dropped my children off at school. My daughter has SEN and mornings can be a challenging time. The Stompcast helps bring my mind back to the present and take that deep exhale that is very much needed. Absolutely love it. Thank you Alex and team.
