Great resource
People almost always describe procrastination as a lack of willpower, laziness, a moral failing, or a character problem. I must admit I used to think that too. This is the first time someone has actually explained why we procrastinate and what to do about it. Hint: it has nothing to do with willpower, and we don't procrastinate because we're lazy. He very compellingly shows how anxiety contributes to our inability to accomplish what we set out to do and how we can overcome the procrastination by confronting and removing the anxiety. I can't recommend this enough - it has helped me SO much, not just in understanding why I procrastinate but in being able to stop.
