This episode involves a lot of talk about 💩 and 🩸 so be-aware! I went through my first colonoscopy and gastroscopy.. The preparation for it was terrible and I highly recommend you take time off while you are fasting and don’t get hypoglycaemia like I did 😓… get ready for your butt to be on fire and also have stomach pain after the procedure.. have you guys been through one?
