“I love this podcast a lot. Ms. Sandalo is a great story teller and has a great voice for the work, warm and smooth, displaying her sense of empathy and kindness, bringing a truly diverse set of stores to life. The only thing I can really critique is some of the stories strain my credulity a bit, such as the one where a woman claimed a stranger who helped her was the spirit of her dead baby sister and her two guardian angels. It seemed to me that she assumed that the young woman was hired in Hawai’i, rather than move to California and was hired there. I have no clue what had happened to the young woman, but even if her explanation for her being in California made little sense and her work crew of old people seemed odd, there are more plausible explanations than going right to the supernatural. If I had to wager, they were not supposed to be there, and seeing a stranger in trouble, she helped the story teller and then they got in their truck and left, not wanting attention drawn to them.”
