Jacyln Goldis, “The Chateau”
Listen now
Description
My guest this week is Jaclyn Goldis, a former lawyer who gave it all up to travel the world and write novels. Her latest book, “The Chateau,” published by Simon & Schuster, is a mystery/thriller set in a chateau in Provence. What begins as a celebratory reunion for a group of old friends, soon devolves into “deadly nightmare of secrets and murder.” “The Chateau” is a deeply atmospheric and twisty page-turner that will keep you happily guessing until the very last page. In our conversation, Jaclyn shares how she crafted the secrets and relationships that keep you hooked, and the challenges that go along with them. Then, she treats us to a reading from her book. https://www.jaclyngoldis.com https://www.instagram.com/jaclyngoldis/ https://twitter.com/jaclyngoldis Join our Book Club: patreon.com/parisundergroundradio Find Us Online Website: https://www.parisundergroundradio.com/storytimeinparis Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/parisundergroundradio Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/parisundergroundradio/ Credits Host and Producer: Jennifer Geraghty. The Storytime in Paris podcast will help keep this tradition alive with short interviews and readings from your favorite contemporary authors with a French connection. Every episode will feature five questions, asked by you, our authors' biggest fans, and answered live on air. Then, our authors will treat us to a reading of an excerpt from their book. Who knows? Maybe you'll even be inspired to write your own Great French Novel. Happy listening!
