A lot of movies from the mid-90’s didn’t age well. But only a few can elicit this many “yikes” in under 90 minutes. This week, Candace, and Arezou are joined by their friend Swara to pick apart this very loose adaptation of Pocahontas’ real-life trip to England. Together they muse on how Pocahontas got “fair-and-lovely’d” and how the Johns Smith and Rolfe had more chemistry with each other than either did with the heroine.
