“I would disagree with the comments of “these ladies know their stuff”. The information provided is nothing more than what one can get from a pre-sentence investigation and basic records request. They fail to expand on the complexities of the criminal and civil justice systems. Rather just a cursory judgement of why an individual might be released from the criminal/civil justice system while still demonstrating disturbing thoughts, ideas, and symptoms. Do more research and present the “Why” and “How” these systems fail us, victims, and perpetrators.”
