Half of Carla - The Food Addiction Stretch
Listen now
Description
This weeks guest Carla Piera Fitzgerald has lost 183 lbs, half her body weight. But don’t assume this is a weight loss episode - because our conversation goes deeper than that. This is about shedding the mental weight of negative self talk, trauma and the mental health cycle that kept Carla trapped in self sabotage and food addiction for most of her life.  We talk about how everything changed when she stopped hating her body and started to love her soul. We talk about fertility and the choice she made to become a mother. The personal stretches she has gone through as her body halved in size. And her real goal - to empower as many people as possible to see beyond the scales and to begin to love themselves back to health.  Carla’s conversation is personal, at times painful but incredibly inspiring.  For more support visit halfofcarla.com Hosted by Sinead O'Moore Get in touch at @stretchmarkspodcast I'd love to hear from you.
