Wow !
As an adoptee of the 1980’s also in Cork I felt all the thoughts and emotions as Nessa & Anne as they spoke on the incredible podcast. I never spoke about it growing up as being adopted to anyone. I was in total denial, and the shame omg! It’s only now as I celebrate 6 years in business as a Professional Declutterer that I have opened up publicly on my social media and was then approached to share my story on The Southern Star. As a Professional Declutterer I see it so much in my line of work where my clients have bottled up personal experiences from their childhood, sickness, loss and trauma and has resulted in emotional buying which leads to cluttered homes.

Sinead’s voice is just made for podcasts & she’s a super interviewer too which means each episode is a lovely interesting listen. She’s always got a wide word or too to add it feels like you’ve a pal who’s been through it all nodding in the corner. I look forward to new episodes coming out!
