Paul Nixon had a 23 year career as a pro, played for England, played a World Cup, then has gone on to be a successful coach (winning the CPL) and spending a number of years working with Dan at Leicestershire. We discuss his time with Leicestershire and what role he filled as Head Coach, as well as how that differs to his time as the coach of the Jamaica Tallawahs.
