Description
Dr Amantha Imber is an organisational psychologist and founder of behaviour change consultancy Inventium, which helps organisations all over the world reinvent the way they approach work, be more productive, and grow through innovation.   Amantha hosts the top-ranking podcast How I Work, which has had over 5 million downloads from interviews with global experts including Adam Grant, Liane Moriarty, Holly Ransom, Janine Allis, Mia Freedman, Dom Price and Hugh van Cuylenburg. She has contributed to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Entrepreneur and Fast Company, and is the author of three bestselling books.   Andrew and Amantha discuss the delicate 'dance' between building a personal brand and building a business brand, what makes a great interview, and the strategy behind her latest book ‘The Health Habit’ which steps away from the ineffective one-size-fits-all approach to building habits and provides a personalised plan to shatter barriers and transform wellbeing for good.   In a previous life, Amantha had an international record deal, she has an unhealthy obsession with musical theatre, and claims to been freakishly good at table tennis.
