From Nurse to NursePreneur with Catie Harris

Description
Today's episode features Catie Harris, NursePreneur. At 16, Catie had a vivid dream of becoming a nurse and never questioned her decision since. Like many aspiring nurses, she imagined caring for patients, becoming a healer, and serving her community. Reality hit in the form of 60-to-80 hour work weeks, not having the resources to complete daily never-ending to-do lists, corrupt administrative games, a culture of dishonesty and a total mental and physical breakdown. No longer proud of her work or passionate, Catie realized she had to find a way to reconnect nursing to her original childhood sense of love and purpose.  About Catie:  Catie Harris is a NursePreneur Mentor who has empowered thousands of nurses in business to monetize their knowledge and skills while inspiring them to change the way healthcare is perceived and delivered. She strives to undo the perception that nursing care is limited to the hospital setting. Through her intensive nurse business coaching program, Catie shows nurses around the world how their hard-earned knowledge and skills can transcend the hospital system into a profitable business.   Connect With Catie: Facebook - www.facebook.com/groups/nursebusiness Instagram - @nurse_preneur Youtube - www.youtube.com/c/CatieHarris/videos Pinterest - www.pinterest.ph/nursepreneurs Website - www.nursepreneurs.com Special Audience Giveaway: For business + marketing strategy - join our Facebook Group or https://www.facebook.com/groups/NurseBusiness
