Starting a career in healthcare at age 26, Susan Lang was already a hospital administrator at a large hospital at the age of 31 when she was in a head-on collision that resulted in significant physical injuries and traumatic brain injury.  Refusing to let this be the rest of her story she attended physical therapy 8 hours a day in a wheelchair for over a year and returned to work. Susan worked as a c-suite executive before founding XIL Health, a woman-owned healthcare analytics, and technology company. At XIL Health, Susan and her team work with their clients to help them pivot, change their economics and find new opportunities within the rapidly changing pharmaceutical industry.
