California actress and stunt woman, Michelle Elise Shock, joins us to discuss strength, life as a stunt woman, and what’s missing in action/fight scenes from her perspective. .   Originally from Florida, Michelle Elise Shock, is a stunt performer now residing in California. Her artistic roots are in classical acting, Shakespeare, musical theater, improv and sketch comedy. And an extensive background that includes water, horse, and motor sports, ranging from competitive surfing, SCUBA and free diving, to English, Western and horse archery, and dirt and street riding for both motorcycle and car. Michelle is a core member of the Bay Area Stunt Team, and retains active membership in SAG AFTRA, the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), and is currently completing her Rescue Diver certification. She spends her free time training between Los Angeles and San Francisco among some of the best in the business.
