Possible Follow-Up Episode
K.C. I love that this show challenges my way of thinking. I really appreciate the latest episode “Best of Executive Functioning …” because it gave me a better understanding of what my wife and kids struggle with. I was wondering if you’d be willing to do a follow-up episode on how to teach kids some of the skills to circumnavigate their executive function challenges. How do you talk to teens about implementing some of those skills, letting them have more autonomy in their daily lives, and merging their ideas with my own ideas and ways of functioning as a parent. Thanks for the content, and daily challenges. - Carrie

Literally had three “ah-ha!” moments in the first ten minutes of the first episode. If you or someone you love experiences neurodivergence, this podcast will give you lots of wisdom, insight and understanding.

I want to share each episode I have listened to everyone I know! Moments that put together pieces I didn’t realize I had missed in understanding my brain. And such helpful reminders about how we are not obligated to perfection or certain behaviors or we are bad people!

Great to listen to, great tips and tricks. Have followed her for awhile and learned so much. My only negative is it’s a little too sped up. I have trouble processing what she’s saying at times bc it her voice is moving so fast.
