Kindness to oneself.
Thank you KC, I got your book while I was still in school and drowning with my FT job, FT school, and then care tasks. I struggle with depression and my motivation is impaired, I also have periods of mania so I really struggle to find routine and happy brain space, this has helped me give myself a break, retrain myself and not look at dishes or a shower a failing. Thank you for your insight and compassion KC, I can’t wait to hear from other professionals and get further feedback.
