Excellent, interesting, not annoying.
I loved the no frills, mature and open exchange that KC had with her guest — no long annoying intro, ads, or off topic banter, no annoying vocal fry - everything was super relevant and real world. The discussion was refreshing and informative on so many levels. The executive function episode explores the invisible hurdles that ADHD presents on an inconsistent but frequent basis…And why tips like “use a planner” aren’t helpful. There was also an illuminating discussion on having a “range” of acceptable outcomes when you’re struggling with EF challenges and ADHD 🤗. If you, your child, student, employee or friend have ADHD, give it a listen.
