“I’ve been listening to this for years. Ever since Noel joined, the conversations have become unbearable. Ben and Matt are intelligent, polished, and have clearly taken the time to research the topic for the episode.
Noel fumbles through every topic and clearly didn’t do the required reading. Even when he’s presenting a topic for strange news, he’s constantly asking his colleagues for information on his own topic. Noel has none of his own thoughts. Every episode, Noel compares a real event to a movie, as though that’s the only way he can understand the world around him. And spoils new movies and TV shows! While Matt and Ben work to be objective, Noel has no idea how to leave his political opinions out on f the topics. I typically have similar beliefs but the failure to be objective diminishes the facts.
Noel, put forward the effort to match Ben and Matt’s work ethic or step back from the show. I listen for Matt and Ben and find myself yelling at Noel every time he derails the podcast.”
