Enlightening!
I can hardly believe that I am the first to post a comment on this great podcast that has been on the air for two years now! For iTunes folks: this podcast is made by open stutterers who discuss their daily struggles, challenges and triumphs. They teach us powerful, sometimes moving, lessons of courage, determination, self-esteem, and resilience. Informative and stimulating for both stutterers (of which I am, yeap! In fact, this might well be my first public "coming out") and non-suttterers - so-called "fluent" people. So go ahead and open up your mind, learn, but most of all, enjoy! P.S. the president, host and co-founder of StutterTalk (Peter Reitzes) asked for feedback on the StutterTalk "B Team" (Caryn Herring, Joel Korte, and Roisin McManus): members of this trio show a lot of guts by openly talking about their respective personal journeys as stutterers. Truly inspiring!

I'm a 27 year old person who stutters (on bad days, I'm just a stutterer). I've done every therapy under the sun, but listening to StutterTalk has been more beneficial to me than any therapy. Hearing other people stutter is opening my eyes to see myself in a different light, and of...Read full review »
