“I’m not sure how I came across this TCP but these stories need to be told, as difficult as it is to listen. These stories are unfathomable. Case after case..how is this possibly happening? These poor innocent helpless children. I cannot believe the negligence of CPS, it’s sickening. People please please speak up no matter who you are if you see abuse and neglect be their voice!
