The interview covers the nature of corruption and the role of both public & corporate leaders in the fight against this evil - we also delved into the common profile of the perpetrators and how they can be stopped in their tracks. Benedicto Kananza is the Chief Strategy Officer at Finance and Business Advisory International. Previously, he worked as Deputy Managing Director of Nedbank Malawi, where he was also Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He has 22 years of professional experience, 5 of which were spent in the manufacturing sector and 17 in the banking and finance sector.  He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Derby.  He is a speaker and writer, with particular focus on Leadership, Business, Risk, Entrepreneurship and Finance.
