“The topics are actually all really good but by minute 10 of every episode they’re jumping to some wild conclusion that isn’t even in the top 20 most likely explanations. Creepy mysteries with paranormal undertones are great, that’s why I tried listening, but completely ignoring more realistic explanations in favor of something absurd makes the content incredibly shallow and patronizing. Maybe some of the *7 minutes spent on ads and dead air* in this *under 40 minute podcast* could have been replaced with a realistic look at the available evidence, or a more in-depth discussion of the *more likely and believable* explanations for the topics, then they might get enough listeners to not spend almost 20% of the show on advertising”
